For my father’s 50th birthday bash, we asked Michael to make a cannoli & confetti pudding, which we affectionately nicknamed The Golden Age Bash. It was the perfect celebratory dessert and much more creamy than other rice puddings. the subtle hint of pistachio, and the bright, fun sprinkles were exactly what a 50th deserves. It looked incredible and tasted even better. They truly made the dessert table a spectacle!
